Banned Ads
The following types of ads are strictly prohibited on our Service:
- Illegal Items**: Any listings for items that are illegal to sell under local, state, national, or international law.
- Stolen Goods**: Any items that are stolen or misappropriated. Don’t steal other people tools they need for their livelihood
- Items with Incomplete Information**: Listings that lack essential details or photos that would mislead potential buyers. All listings must have photos
- Offensive Content**: Any listings that contain hate speech, graphic violence, or adult content.
- Spam or Repetitive Posts**: Listings that are repetitive or intended to manipulate search results.
- Alcohol
- Products not related to the building and construction industry. Related items are at the discretion of Scouts Yard Pty Ltd
- Any items at Scouts Yard Pty Ltd deem not suitable
We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate these guidelines and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post banned ads. We reserve the right to remove any listing without reason or ban any user without reason.
Listings
You are solely responsible for your listings and any content you post. We do not endorse any listings and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.
Transactions
All transactions conducted through our Service are between the buyer and seller. We are not a party to these transactions and have no liability for any issues that arise.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Service are the property of Scouts Yard Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.
